The Zak Tool #11P is constructed of a high strength carbon fiber body with a heat treated stainless steel bit & swivel mechanism. This handcuff key is made to last a lifetime. Solid item. Good Price. Decent product. Pkg arrived very quickly but shipping cost seemed a little bit high especially since it arrived so quickly. Purchased for a friend who graduated from a CJ program and going in to corrections. Overall - I would absolutely do business with these folks again.

I dont know about carbon fiber, sure looks and feels like plastic to me, but its lightweight, sturdy, and quiet. Does the same thing as keys costing three times as much, I would buy this one again.
