PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept Purchase Orders from City, County, State, or Federal agencies. Purchase orders should include an authorized signature. Your first order opens your account. Just fax or email in your order and it will usually ship immediately. Unless otherwise stated price quotes are good for 30 days.
SALES TAX
Our website does not charge sales tax for anybody outside the Commonwealth of Virginia. If your order is shipping to an address in Virginia and you are Tax Exempt please contact us and we will set you up with a Tax Exempt account.
ONLINE ORDERS
We accept agency orders over our website. Please note our website only charges tax for orders shipping within the commonwealth of Virginia. For agencies within the state please contact us and we will create a tax except account in our system. Orders placed over our website require a Credit Card or PayPal payment upon completion.
