Provides added security and safety by restricting shoulder and arm movement for extremely unruly and uncooperative prisoners. 8" between buckles fits standard physiques; the optional 12" between the buckles option fits extremely large or overweight prisoners. Available in nylon seatbelt type material or Kevlar. Kevlar version has greater cut resistance and is heat resistant to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit.
