Chicago Model 1200 Hinged Stainless Steel Handcuffs. Double locking and serial numbered. These hinged police handcuffs have slotted shackles and 23 locking positions. Inner perimeter 5 1/2" to 9". 2 handcuff keys included. Stamped CHICAGO STAINLESS STEEL. Weigh 12 ounces.

They came in and were updated from the photo. They are now riveted construction. They work great and have no sharp edges. I was impressed with the quality for the price. I carry these in a crash bag and have yet to use them on a human, but I carry X55's at work and they work very well.

These handcuffs are absolutely top notch. Extremely well made very solid very strong excellent action Well worth the money. Better quality than handcuffs twice the price. Very very small diameter 4 tiny wrists and very large diameter for larger wrists. The only thing that would make these the absolute best handcuffs in the world would be key holes on both sides.
