New from Hiatt: Hiatt Model 2010-HD Standard Nickel Chain Handcuffs with keyholes on both sides of handcuffs. You won't have to worry about finding the keyhole side of cuffs. Other than the extra keyholes, they are the same as standard Hiatt 2010 handcuffs. They have 18 teeth on swinging bows, 3 pawls that move independently and must be depressed simultaneously to release, and backloading for fast handcuffing. Heavy duty construction and oversized rivet heads make them an ideal choice for challenging applications. Double locks at sides. 2 keys included.

I found the 2010-HD to be of excellent fit, finish and function for the price range. I'm very pleased with the order to delivery time, also.

The Hiatt 2010 HD is a great improved cuff. High quality build with smooth function and no sharp edges. The polished nickel finish is gorgeous and matches the nickel finish on Safariland duty gear as well. The added key hole makes use: easier, safer and, faster. No more fumbling or struggling with playing find the hole.

Heavy duty construction with an almost chrome finish. 3 separate pawls within each cuff add an additional layer of tamper resistance. Ideal for correctional settings. If an inmate is cuffed and transported somewhere else in the facility and then uncuffed, having key holes facing down puts an officer at risk of being kicked. However, having key holes facing down is desirable when uncuffing from a cuff port of a cell because having the hey holes facing the inmate from the cuff port may put an officer at an elevated risk of having a hand stuck or pulled into the cell. With these cuffs, there is no wrong way to apply the cuffs, and a key hole will always be accessible to you.

The extra money for two keyholes is definitely worth it. The $3 for my name and badge number looks amazing. I recommended these to all my fellow officers.

Ingenious idea. Keyhole both sides, three pawls solid dependable cuff. Thank you Handcuff warehouse for carrying them.
