Humane Restraint Model MBT-480 Transport Belt. This belt is in a class all by itself and can do it all. The half cuffs on each side allow you to keep the hands separate but restrainted. The steel D-ring in front is designed to fit virtually all models of handcuffs including hinged cuffs, or can be used to attach the waist belt in front with a tether (WML-101 or WMR-101) to ankle restraints (AD-305, ADL-305, or AD-305-POLY).
