A great little handcuffs key to keep on your ring, strong and has enough size to make it good for regular use.

Close to NIJ Perfection, May 12, 2016 By Philip (Birmingham, AL)
Other than the length of the double lock pin, this handcuff key measures the closest to the National Institute of Justice standard (1001.00-3.2.37) for handcuff keys than any other of the several keys I have measured.
This key is a great all around key. It fits flat on a key chain so it fits well with other keys and doesn't take up much space. The key makes it feel easier to open, "center hole," handcuffs such as Peerless that take a little more torque to open.
This key was tested and works flawlessly opening ASP, Winchester, Chicago, American Handcuff Co, Peerless, and Smith & Wesson handcuffs.
The only trouble I had with the key was in opening the Hiatt/Safariland handcuffs that use the (European style) triple pawl design. If you are using Hiatt/Safariland handcuffs I would suggest using the Safariland HK-10 key.
The double locking pin is just a touch short. That being said, the only cuffs that I had the slightest bit of trouble double locking (using the double locking pin) were the ASP double lock sliders because of the large plastic overmold.
Overall, this is one of the most reasonably priced aftermarket keys out there and is just about spot-on with NIJ standards. With it being made out of stainless steel, I expect that it will withstand, and probably outlast, a lifetime of use.
