What's New

CTS Thompson colored handcuffs are now in stock in all colors.

Safariland Cuff-Aide is on sale now for only $19.99.

Ripp Restraints products are currently in very short supply. Please call to check availability if the website says we are out of stock.

Smith & Wesson is now riveting all handcuffs and leg irons. They previously used a brazing process that fused the handcuffs together with heat. The new riveting process results in greater strength at the same price. We are gradually introducing the new restraints as they become available. The new models are designated with a -1 as in SW100-1. We currently have the new models for Models 100, 1900, and most colored handcuffs.

The Hiatt Handcuffs brand has been discontinued. Hiatt Handcuffs in England was acquired by American company Armor Holdings in 2006. Armor Holdings was then acquired by British company BAE Systems. The Hiatt factory in Birmingham, England was closed in late June, 2008. BAE moved the Hiatt factory to New Hampshire and began making the Hiatt handcuff line under the Safariland brand. In 2010, they closed the New Hampshire factory and now they are made in Ontario, CA. All restraints made by BAE companies are now under the Safariland brand. This includes Monadnock disposable restraints and NIK Flex-Cufs. Availability of Hiatt products is limited to stock on hand. Hiatt-Thompson Corporation was the sole distributor for Hiatt in North America. They are no longer affiliated with Hiatt or BAE Systems. They changed their name to Thompson Handcuffs and restraints. In 2010, Thomson was acquired by Combined Tactical Systems and the name has been changed to CTS Thompson Handcuffs and Restraints. The company was moved from Chicago to Jamestown, PA. They are now making their own line of popular colored handcuffs and leg irons, a line of cuffs that are very similar to the Hiatt line, and the new Tri-Max high security handcuffs. They also make the Blue Box and magnetic training keys.

See new demonstration videos for the Grip Restraints. There are videos explaining how to use many of the individual products.

We have a new nylon leg iron case that will hold all standard sized leg irons and oversized handcuffs: Perfect Fit Nylon Leg Iron Case.

We have added a few old American Handcuff Company products to our discontinued items page. We will add a few more items over the next several weeks. Quantities are limited.

All list prices are actual Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Prices provided by the manufacturers. They have not been inflated to mislead you.
