In fact, having received my package and changed my mind about the missing item, I was allowed to interchange it for another item of comparable price. They even allowed me to keep the extra accessory. Given how helpful the customer service was, I have not the slightest complaint about the original and trivial mistake in the initial shipment. This is by FAR the best online purchase I have ever had the pleasure of making! The prices are great the customer service excellent in both verbal ( phone) and email. The only beef I had was with shipping but that is the fault of USPS not this store.
