Blue Box Transport Systems: Safe, strong and tough, Hiatt-Thompson Blue Box systems keep keyholes covered for top security during transport or detention. Double locks can be activated from outside of box. Accepts HIATTS as well as other N.I.J. certified handcuffs.

The Blue Box II, model 7083, is the first transport box to be specifically made to convert a set of hinged handcuffs into rigid handcuffs. The box covers the keyholes and allows double locking to be accomplished after application to the individual. The unit can be used in conjunction with a belly chain or alone if a padlock is used. One-piece construction, made from high quality steel. Plated to resist corrosion, fits over most brands of hinged handcuffs. Blue Box II used to have a nickel finish, but now it has a blue "Gorilla" coating that is baked on at high temperature for extreme rust resistance. Weighs 6 ounces.
