The 300-S is a high tensile strength molded nylon restraint with patented double locking head pawls for added loop strength. Double locking pawls permit the law enforcement official to insert the strap quickly and easily into the restraint head under severe field conditions. The locking pawls are recessed into the restraint head to resist tampering. The 1/2 inch wide straps have smooth surfaces to avoid tissue damage. Closely spaced strap teeth allow for highly accurate tension adjustment. Meets Mil-Spec #23190 testing standards. Made in USA. Available in white or black.
