DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders received by 4PM EST usually ship same day. Shipping cost is determined by weight. For free shipping on USA orders over $50, choose the flat rate option (includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO for all items except restraint beds, chairs, and gang chains).

APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

New US Department of Commerce rules as of 3/6/2007 allow the shipment of restraints directly to US government agencies worldwide without an export license with the GOV license exception. Shipments must be consigned to and for the official use of any US government agency. Previously, an export license was required for all shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Canadian shipping cost is determined by weight. All items on the website can be shipped to Canada except thumbcuffs. Important note: any shipment (including samples) of handcuffs, leg irons, handcuff keys, disposable restraints, or other restraints and accessories outside the USA and Canada requires a US Department of Commerce export license. The export of thumbcuffs to all destinations including Canada and APO/FPO addresses is prohibited. Please email for quotes on international orders. Minimum international order size: $1000. Estimated lead time for export license approval: 3-6 weeks.

MEDICAL RESTRAINTS
Federal law restricts the sale and use of medical restraints. We are licensed by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy to ship medical restraints to licensed medical facilities only.

PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept Purchase Orders from City, County, State, or Federal agencies. Purchase orders should include an authorized signature. Your first order opens your account. Just fax in your order and it will usually ship immediately.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with every aspect of your purchase. If something isn't right, please let us know, and we will do everything we can to make it right. Most of the metal restraints and keys that we sell are covered by lifetime warranties from the manufacturers. Returns are accepted for full credit or refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include all packaging, a note explaining the problem, and a copy of the receipt or invoice and send to:

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by check, money order or PayPal.

Payments by money order ship immediately. Orders by check ship upon clearance of check. Use our shopping cart feature to select your items. Simply use your browser's print function to print out your order form. Enclose payment and mail order form to address above.

PayPal is also accepted. Simply calculate your order total using the shopping cart. Then email or fax order and send PayPal payment to sales@handcuffwarehouse.com.
